INTERIOR WARNING SIGNS
How to Identify Interior House Painting Warning Signs
You probably have better ways to spend your time. Let us handle your next interior house painting project for you.
Take a Home Tour
Yes, your local neighbourhood tour can be fun too, but we mean you should walk through room by room, inspecting your own home for any issues! You should check all places prone to moisture, especially bathrooms and kitchens or rooms with poorly sealed windows.
When There Is Too Much Moisture In The Air, Paint Can Become Loose.
You’ll first need to correct the moisture issue. Then, when it comes time to paint, we can scrape loose paint, prime, undercoat, and apply the paint's final coat. Need help caulking around windows? Just ask, and we may be able to help.
Did you know, Paint Can Actually Help Mildew Grow? If You Determine There Is Mildew:
Scrub the surface with one part household Oxygenated Bleach and eight parts water.
Rinse with clean water.
After the mildew is clear and the surface is dry, you can Seal the area & start to paint.
Are The Walls Looking Visually Rough?
Maybe some wallpaper has been removed, and taken some of the drywall/old plaster off with it. Perhaps your newly constructed home came with a builder’s average grade flat paint that can flake easily. Or, in some circumstances, maybe the previous tenants had an awful taste in colours. No matter the situation, we can help you; we can consult on your interior home painting project's best plan of action!
We offer additional services to prepare your walls for paint, using only high-quality removal & filling products to ensure your project satisfaction.
